what kind of product should i use to get my plastic's shiney and very clean looking like white in stead of light brown?

i use castrol super clean it works great.
just spray it on wait a few mins and spray it off.
then i wipe it dry and then i use pledge on it.
the pledge makes it nice and shinny and dosent leave a greasy film on it.
try that and see what you think.

ps the super clean only comes in a 1 gallon jug and you mix it with water because its too strong at full strength.

how do you go about removing the scratches ? there not deep so could i use a polishing wheel or sumthing ?
