Rain has a high acid content that is known for corroding metals rubber and paint. Long term exposure can also eat away skin and lead to jock itch which can cause extreme embarrassment in social settings and frequent visits to doctors and bathrooms. Rains a lot in New York. That's why them Italian fellers and Madonna walk around with their hand on their crotch all the time.
