Tow hook review part 2
#1
I just got home from a two week hunting trip and as promised I gave MUDBUG450's front and rear towing system a workout. It's been drier than a popcorn fart here so I didn't have an opportunity to play in the mud. Instead I hooked a length of chain around a stump and gave a slow pull with both the front and rear tow hooks. The towing system worked flawlessly. I showed them to several people and all were impressed and most were interested in using them as an anchor point when rigging a double line pull using a snatchblock. I must say I'm impressed with this product. The only thing I added to the system was I placed a rubber washer on both sides of the front shackle in order to cut down on the slight rattle. Two thumbs up for this product

Here is a link to the front and rear receiver hitch I made for my Rincon.

I attached a tow hook to a piece of sq. tube and attached a 2" ball to another piece, both are interchangable front to rear.I also plan on mounting a winch on a plate welded to another piece of sq. tubing.I also made a tow hook that I can put in the front or rear receiver.
