2000 Honda Fourtrax 350 ES

When wheels are turned sharply to the right, when backing up, sometimes the bike stalls out.
I'll get a chance this weekend to have a look,
What could be causing this?
What should I check?

it might be pulling the choke cable on when you turn the bars, or the wires are broken down the steering shaft for the ignition switch or engine stop switch. just some ideas...
