re-jet fill'er up and go ridin. rebuilt the enging after about 2 hours and do it again. why do u think dragsters get rebuilt after every run. nitromethane is hard on $h!t

 

exactly, wouldnt be worth even the time to do it.

 

it would be if you had the cash to play with. if you mix enough of nitro with methanol can almost triple your hp

 

at over 20 bucks a gallon, the rebuild, time. its just no fun. go buy performance upgrades

 

i've pretty much got all the mods they make for this thing except for 300 big bore which are very rare and very expensive

 

If your running alky all it takes is rejetting and maybe a little timing advance. You don't have to run 100% and smoke your motor on every pass. 10 to 15% will give you a nice kick, and at this rate it is not too hard on parts.

 

i was thinking of running 5-10%. the top fuel dragsters don't even run 100%

 

If your running alky, just jet up a few sizes and do the math on the mix and dump it in an empty tank. Your good to go. If your running gas now, your going to have some troubles with phase separation.
