absolutely! There are a wide range of pipes you could use to get that sound.

I really hate when I read posts like this. Hopefully nobody gets ticked off and starts complaining or you might end up without a place to ride. Checkout California. They are trying to put ordinances into place where anything over 55 db at the property line is against the law. If you own less than 5 acres, you won't be able to start your quad.

I am a moderate. I believe I have the right to ride if I am not bothering anyone but I also believe my neighbors have the right to enjoy their land...quietly.

Personally, I loved the sound of Tim Farr's 450R at Budd's Creek. Plenty of performance without all the noise.

You have enough problems there in Minnesota with LAND ACCESS, without making it worse by riding around on a ridiculously loud bike! The idea is to be STEALTHY, so nobody knows you are out there.

LESS SOUND, MEANS MORE GROUND!

lol, where did you hear that? theres to much land here. theres infinite amount of land to ride on. especially in the upper half of minnesota. everyone where i live loves 4 wheelers. no one really cares what about the sound. and since i dont live in a magor town, (i live on the edge of town) theres no one to complain and me. you have to realize not everyone lifes in a big city where there are people that complain about sound. i cant help it if where you live you cant have load quads. its not my problem. but where i live. i can have a loud quad. and if you can, why wouldnt you? i personaly love the sound of a loud quad.

anyway. if all you wanted to do was flame my question, then please dont reply. all i asked was a simple question.
