If I were using race gas, I would pick VP C12. Personally, I prefer Klotz ocatane booster added to 91 octane pump gas.

Do you have a hi compression piston ? If you dont then your kinda wasteing your money. Cause race gas wont be any better then pump gas if you have stock compression, if you do want to run race gas(and at one point everybody seems to feel they need to) just get some VP110,Easy to find and the price is right as far as mixing race(leaded) and pump(unleaded)
The cocktail that holds unleaded fuel together is different than the cocktail that holds leaded fuels together, the two don't mix. You can pour leaded and unleaded together but, you're not blending the fuels, you're combining them in one fuel tank. For the components that can combine, you end up making fuel that is more volatile and less stable. Meaning more prone to detonation. And then the components separate into different cocktails, usually making fuels that are not what you think, and the octane does not equal a half and half split, the numbers actually raise but the fuel becomes less stable.
Mixing leaded to leaded is ok sometimes, as is unleaded to unleaded. Just make sure one of them is not oxygenated. The corrosive attitude of oxy fuels can sometimes get very aggressive when mixing and form oxides that will be caustic enough to oxidize aluminum.

White's comments on mixing leaded and unleaded fuels, just demonstrate that if you need an octane boost, it just makes more sense to run an octane booser rather than race gas.

i have personally always run 93 octane pump mixed 50/50 with 110 octane Sunoco race gas... it works great for me, not as cheap as an octane booster, but i havent had any problems in any bike ive tried it in...

octane booster=snake oil
as white said higher octanes actually burn slower and less easy than pump gas
if you want performance from a fuel use ultimate 4 from VP...you will need to jet fatter because it is highly oxygenated

i also run the vp 110 in my wifes bike. its good up to 14:1 . her bike is 11.5:1 and mine is 13.5:1. the c12 is good for up to15:1. in most cases you arent going to get any better results by running higher octanes unless you have higher compressions. but a good 100 - 104 will probably be felt enough for a stocker.
