Has anyone heard of any mods for the 90??

DG sells a pipe, actually it's a Supertrapp. I put one on my son's 90 along with a Uni filter. We bumped the main to a 92, went down a notch on the needle, and trimmed the airbox lid. This helped alot.

Check the wrist pin and stroke. It may be the same as the old CT90. If it is then you can get a 10 to 1 pistion from honda. I built several of the atc and trx 70's using the ct 70 pistion to bump them up to 10 to 1. There is also a chance that the ct 110 might have the same size wrist pin if the stroke is the same. You just made it a TRX 110.

 

Does any one elses 90 sputter when you stab the throttle from a dead idle?? Any suggestions on curing this ?????
