i own a stock 400ex... my first mod is gonna be a pipe along with the K&N power kit (i already have the k&n power kit) but what is a good pipe to get for my 400ex thats good all around..... (sounds good, performs good at low, mid, and top end, worth the money (if yall like the yoshi i know they cost money so the standard yrd which sells for 455.99 is a good price) but nothing in the 600+ range because i dont think its worth it....) any recommendations will be appreciated.... thanx here are the pipes that i hear a lot about that are good for the stock 400ex..... yoshimura standard yrd full system, white brother eseries pro meg full system, fmf powercore iv2 with powerbomb, and the DMC full system, any others i will gladly appreciate to hear about.......

Go with the WB E-Series full system (pro meg)! It is rated the best for hp and quality.

I am not going with a full system, the stock headpipes are supposed to be as good as the aftermarket ones, i am only going to get a slip-on. You are only going to get between a 3-5 hp. Then again i might stay stock because i dont want all that damm noise, if only a pipe would give us as much hp as noise. ALRIGHT, i am from the tri state area so i say GO YANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do you guys outside of NY-NJ care about the Subway series? IT is going to be CRAZY around here!!!!!!!!!!

I think danyeo is right from what I've heard and read. Unless you plan to do some serious mods, the stock head pipe does a good job. At best you'll see a 2-3 hp gain whether it be a slip-on or a full system with stock components. My WB R-Series slip-on claimed 2 ponies but I couldn't tell ($209 Magic Racing).

I just took a cruise by the dealer and they had a pro circuit full system which looked really nice, but $580!!!! Is it really worth it? For that money you are almost spending as much for a new Raptor and you still wont be able to beat it. I dont know, can anyone tell me otherwise?
