How fast is the Honda TRX 300EX???

 

a stock 300ex does around 60

 

fast enough for a newbie to start on. i have said this a hundred times and im sure i will say it a hundred more. as a new rider you have to get into trouble to learn your limits and learn new skills...a fast quad just makes this process much more painful and expensive.

 

what the hell ever the 300ex doesn't even come close to 60 mabe mabe 55 but no way sotck is 60 the 400ex only does 66 thats stock!! i had it checked by a police radar gun with a 150lb person on it!

 

well let me say this i went on a ride the other day and a 03 300es bone stock was with us and i was running 57 to 58 mph on my speedo and its slow because of my tire size to keep up with a honda 400at and the 300ex pulled away from us i say it would run 60 plus easy [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

55 to 60 range (my guess) ..not the fastest, but one of the most reliable quads ever

 

the actual top speed on a 300ex stock is 54mph and 400ex is 64 (my 400ex is 90 something)

 

My 300ex does 64 right now with a 14-tooth spocket and a wb e-series, but i have to big of tires on the back right now or it would go faster.

 

I have a stock 300ex and I can garrentee that it doesnt do 60 stock....id say 50-55mph tops...or maybe i just love speed so much it feels slow [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img] .... just bought this 300ex last week and im already trying to sell, I NEED SPEEDDDD. might go to yamaha an pick up a banshee or sum sh*t

 

I have changed my screen name to this i posted this question everyone. How much speed do you want. Get a honda 450. They move right along. My uncle recently owned one.
