Recon Carb vs Rancher Carb

Recon Carb vs Rancher Carb
I think the reason my Recon is so responsive, is the fact that the carb slide is directly controlled by the throttle cable. I've been wondering if it would be possible to change the carb on my Rancher AT from a vacuum controlled to a cable controlled carb. The biggest hurdles I see are getting the right carb size and mounting, the TPS and the clearance for the throttle cable. I bet this would make the Rancher very responsive and more fun to ride, especially on steep hills.
Anybody ever do this, or have knowledge?
Thanks

Recon Carb vs Rancher Carb
Thanks for the input paintballbanshee, I think.
So no takers on this one? I would think of all the mods, this one would produce the most bang for the buck. The Recon is so fast off the line compared to other vacuum controlled wheelers. It is quicker than my Rancher 400, and as fast at speed as well. This could apply to all Honda ute atvs. Think about the response when you need to mosh it climbing up a steep hill.
Reconranger, where are you?
