I'd go with the Foreman. I just got the ES version, and couldn't be any more pleased with it. Had it up to 57 MPH and seemed to still have 1 or 2 MPH left in her. Love the power, and its Honda, so the reliability is there.

I'm Honda through and through.
My mom called and said dad gets a quad. She knew he wanted a 500 and that was it. It was a surprised so I did my research, and picked the Vinson. He said that is the one he wanted. He has about 200 miles on it and every time he rides it he likes it more. We do pretty nasty trails on 400 sporties, and dad is always right there.

New forman is a beautiful machine with more of the features that people in the past constantly ask for. Being a Honda likely it will follow in the footsteps of its predacessors and have great reliability evven when modded with larger tires and the like. Plus its great looking!!

Foreman 500.....looks like Honda is getting the majority of the votes. I don't think you would really find the Foreman far behind in the performance department either. Most Foreman 500 owners say they have plenty of zip, and top end speed approaches 58-60. All the advantages of the Honda outweigh the few extra features the Vinson has on it.
