Do u think Stewart will be a threat to Carmichael in the upcoming supercross season (because theirs obviously no way he is going to catch him during the nationals this year)....

 

It's gonna be fun to watch. I think Bubba will match Magrath's records before he's done.

 

He will be a threat but only if he learns to ride in a more controlled manner especially when he has the lead. He reminds me of Travis Pastrana at times in terms of getting out of control. If he doesn't learn to control himself, he will be hurt too often to catch McGrath let alone Carmichael. It is so hard to ride right at your limit when you don't know exactly what that limit is.

McGrath used to say how he envied beginning riders because they could get a thrill from the smallest jump or slower speeds. Once you get so good, it is so hard to get the same rush. Too often, it comes at the expense of a serious injury.
