350 trx differential trouble

350 trx differential trouble
i have a 92 350 trx(not a foreman) cracking comes from the front diff. when slightly turned either way and going straight sometimes
i have the clutches out but they dont look burnt. i am looking for (min-max) thickness of clutches and plates.
when jacked up and you turning one wheel it dosnt slip but go in snaps and jerks . (sounds terrible but all looks fine)
2 front tires same size-i know they will crack when turned sharp-but not slightly
