But we wish it were. Why can't Honda do something like this? It would be fun to have something from Honda that is designed to compete with the Raptor.

Hey, I got an idea!! Why don't they (the big four) work on a big bore high performance quad. (like the YFZ450 but big bore?

YFZ850 with a DOHC, TPS, oversized titanium vales (five of them), TI valve springs, light weight TI piston, 12:1 compression, high lift and long duration billet cams, and to top it all off, a free folwing dirt bike (mx) type muffler will be nice.

Can you say quick revving?

Can you say dead riders? You think its bad when someone goes out and gets a 450 for thier inexperienced underage kid, just wait till they set them on something like that...

It's called 'Natural Selection'

I hold myself fully accountable for my actions.... I think we Americans have lost that honorable trait somewhere.
Just because I'm dumb enough to do that type of thing doesn't mean that Honda is liable! It's all my fault!
I'm the one that swung my leg over the bike, therefore I take full responsibility.

I dont think honda would be liable either and I think any lawsuit would be thrown out. But it doesnt look good if you have kids dying on your products.

My 660 raptor is outdated enough as it is, cant you let me be quick for a couple years before stock machines beat me again?

Honda has lost liability suits in the past (Late 80's)... Unfortunately the attorneys don't see it the way we do, and look for every little opportunity to take someones livelyhood away.
