Default Wider front end on 450R for 06???

Looking at the video, I would say that the front end of the R is a fair bit wider. Anybody get the same impression???

This is a bike that really benifits by being squared up! I am eventually going to go with a +2" Roll Lobo a-arms and Elka shocks, but in the mean time I am running wheel spacers on the front. The difference is dramatic! The bike corners like it is on rails. If they did widen it, that would be a huge improvement.

on honda web site the width is the same as the 05.but the 06 honda has a longer swingarm and new linkage for improved turning.and has new a-arms, knuckles and spindles for better turning honda says.but yeah to me the front tires seemed more toe-end on the 06trx to me compared to the 05trx

That width is just the widest point on the machine, which is the rear axle. So, that doesn't help us with the front end.

I put plus 2's on my 04 450. The difference is unbelievable. Then a wider axle to square that back up.
