Default 400ex rough idle

Where is the fuel/air adjustment screws located on this carb. I think it is getting to much air due to the previous owner adjusting it on the trail at 5000 feet and no it is back at sea level and is hard to start and when it finally starts is not very responsive to throttle and wants to choke out. Idles fairly good with the choke on but as soon as you kill the choke it really tries to die. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You may have a partially clogged piot jet, inside the carb if the mixture screw doesnt fix it. Its underneath, the forward side of the carb.
Theres a nice picture of it here, in photo one.
