just gonna throw this out there have you thought about re-gapping your lifers, i have heard they will make noise if there are too loose, i know the gaps should be 4 on the intake side and 5 on the exhaust side, hope this helps you out,
Wreckless

PS, when you get the problem fixed let me know what it is, Thanks

i will try to explain this is best as possible, take off your front plastic and gas tank and the plastic peace between your motor and gas tank and if you look under that you will see 4 big socket heads, dont know how to explain them but when you see em you will know, take those off and right there after your lifters, losten the bolt that is right underneath the flat screw head, then losten the flat screw and the put your gapping tool between the lifter and set it at what it needs to be, then hold the screw in place and tighten the nut back down. The gap checker you can probably pick up at your local napa, i got lucky and a friend had one for me. hope this helps you out i am not the best for explain this but i just did it to my bike so its still sorta fresh.
