Default buying 250r a arms and swingarm

I have a 87 250r, I jump and ride mx most of the time. I have a durablue rear set on +4. What brand and size a arms and swingarm would be good for me? Should I get my a arms forward any? Should I change my swingarm from factory length?

I know you said that you ride mostly MX, but if you ever want to take your R trail riding do not go wider than +1s. A quad with +2 a-arms is a pain in the a$$ in the woods. I have +1 up 1s on my R and even they can be a hassle when the trails get tight. As far as your swingarm length, that depends on what you want. Most will tell you to get it -1 for better traction. However, I have an aftermarket swingarm with the stock 86-87 length because I like the extra stability. I can skip across a section of whoops easier and faster than any other bike I have seen....and I can do it safely! Burgard makes good products at a reasonable price. Lonestar is probably the best, in my opinion, but they are pricey.
