jetting for a stock trx450r with a LRD pipe?

Default jetting for a stock trx450r with a LRD pipe?

Just want to know for a friend who has gotten the pipe from someone who didn't give him the jets.

Default jetting for a stock trx450r with a LRD pipe?

I run a 185 main, stock pilot and stock setting on the needle with a Dr. D slip-on. Runs great.........

put a 185main, 50 pilot, 3 clip, 2 and half turns out on the fuel screw

oh and i use the hrc needle

he didnt say if he still has the air box lid on or off,,if its off then a 185 would be fine if its on he'd by WAY fat,

with a pipe and stock air box you want to be 120

with a pipe and a modified box you want to be 150 to 165

with a pipe and an open box you want to be 180 to 190

air/ fuel screw is going to be 2 to 2 3/4 turns out,if you need to go more than 2 3/4 go up a jet size

these are rough numbers that will get you in the ballpark,and you can fine tune from there,happy jetting
