Good info Boat!! Let us know what the 06 w/HRC puts out. Do you have a dyno at work or something? Also, we would love to see these graphs online. Idealy on the same chart if you still have them saved.

I have an '06 R. I put the HRC kit in it last week. Went to the Dunes last weekend for Halloween. I weigh 265 and my buddies weigh 200 and 170 on their YFZs. They both have new pipes (full systems and both had the cam retarded?{modified}). I don't have a pipe yet, but the HRC kit comes with a new header. I beat both of them off and on through out our races up comp hill. The key was getting through the whoops quickest. I started in first and 2nd and couldn't keep the front end down. I need to adjust the suspension a little more and I'll beat them everytime. If I was a little lighter, I'd beat them everytime!!

I wasted my buddy on his '06 Raptor EVERYTIME! He weighs 165. He come out of the whoops first, because his suspension rides like a Cadillac, but he couldn't accelerate up the hill as fast as the 450's. He was pissed off. Friday night I raced some other dudes and hung with them on their bikes also. My R freagin' rocks! Thinkin' about putting a +2 swing arm on it.

My bike is fast!! I can't keep the front wheels on the ground in 3rd gear. The torc is incredible. I can't wait to put my White Bros Aluminum Exhaust on when it comes in next week. I'm headin' back to Glamis on the 11th to race 'em some more. I use Sand Stars on Black C-series ITP Wheels (front and back). My bike is all black, took the decals off. I'll try to post a picture of it soon. It's a little dusty from the dunes last weekend.

 

Honda claims a 30% increase in power with the HRC kit. They say it will put out around 50 hp with the kit. That means the stock R has about 38.5 hp.

 

I do know it will pull 40 stock on the dyno but I dont see it making 50 with the hrc kit but I will say that the manufacturers certificate of origin says it has a 42.9 hp(sae) and a shipping weight of 370.0 I will post #s when we get a chance to dyno it again with the kit We should also have a pipe for it real soon and this will be a real dyno tuned pipe not just a bolt on like some others
