i have an 02 400ex just put a weisco 440 12.5.1 kit in i have blown two gaskets already and only rode about half hour total what should i do i run 93 octane have a full big gun exhaust and a k&n filter hd studs? higher octane? jet sizes? help me please i want to ride

 

Take your head and cylinder to a machine shop and have them checked to see if they are warped,then install the HD studs this will fix your problem as I was having the same problem,did the above and have been racing for 2 years no problems since.

 

You are running a 12.5 to 1 piston on 93 fuel? There's your problem.
