Default ATV went under water. what should i do???

Today i was on my atv and tried to cross a creek that was deeper than i thought. i stayed on the gas but it bogged down and cut off. i got off of it and lifted it up high enough to get the tail pipe out of the water, but it was still submerged for a good 20-30 seconds or so. once out of the water it acted like it was flooded and wouldn't crank. it finally started up after a few minutes. no water got into the air filter box, but i'm worried about water running back up in the exhaust. it ran fine after it started. is there anything i should do? any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

by the way. its an 05 honda rancher 350 4x4.

well first step is draining your oil. milky white hue to oil = water in your oil. Possibly change your differential fluids and gas depending on if it got in there. if it didnt get in your air intake i doubt it got in your gas or your differential oils. if your oil is OK then i would just make sure you run it over the next couple days often and maybe add some dry gas if theres moisture in some part of the gas.
