I would get 20's in the rear for quicker acceleration and 21 inchers in the front.

22 will slow you down compared to the 20s. I would go with the 20s.

only problem with 18 razrs is they are only 2 ply maybe 4 ply at best and they dont hold up nearly as well especially for the woods. 20s out back would be best 21 or 22 in front.

Ima be doin mostly MX and some drag racing with friends and others, not much trail riding or anything in the woods. Should i get the 18's or stick with the 20's with which my quad came with but just razr's? Would i just have to ride the clutch out a lil more with the 18's on when im drag racing to get traction?

20 rears,22 fronts. the 22 fronts roll over obstacles like right now,its only 1 inch bigger ... but it does help!! im going to get 23s up front next time!

If these razr' 2's are for a 300 EX, i think you are going in the wrong direction. I installed them on my raptor and noticed a considerable power loss in 5th gear. Also it is not just my raptor yfzrydermaces yfz experianced the same problem. Now i can only imagine what they would do to a 300ex. If i were you i would look at razr's or kenda klaws. I like both of those very well. They are light dependable, and provide alot more traction over stock not to mention added ware life. Get what you want but that is just a suggestion, personally i liked the added traction of the 2's in the mud and slick stuff. But i did alot of fast riding. Peace.
