so i went with a friend the other day to look at an old 250R three wheeler. everything is going good i rode it shawn rode it, didnt seem to be up to par with others ive seen but you will understand that later. so i get talking to the guy asking him what he had done bc he said on the phone it had several mods. so he explains about the pipe and air filter, jetting work, new piston, cam, port work.....he gets this far and i butt in..."a cam....?" he says "yeah from hotcams" so i asked where the cam was on the motor. and he tells me "well its right between the reed valves and the carb." so at this point im thinkin ok hes gotta be tryin to feed me some bs thinkin im an idiot. wrong...he had recipts from the local shop for a cam and install in a 250r. so i decided not to insult the guy and make him feel like and idiot by bringing to his attention that he not only got bent over but he got railed by the shop. i told him that we were going to look at a few other rides and we might call later.

i will swear on my mothers life this is a true story. i really hope that guy finds someone dumb enough to buy that thing bc he doesnt diserve to own it any longer.

 

It'll probably end up on Ebay...

 

Some sucker will buy it, Thinking he's got A beefed up 250R Would be fun to watch when he get's it out somewere and someone tell's him.
