how does the 250ex compare to the raptor 350, i mean i know every one HATES yamaha, but say were not worried about reliability for a moment, how big is the power difference/ speed/ and handling?

 

I haven't been keeping up with bikes as of lately but I will bet you that the Raptor 350 will beat the 250ex in all aspects. The Raptor 350 is basically a beefed up Warrior.

Power: Raptor 350
Speed: Raptor 350
Handling: I will assume Raptor 350 but the 250ex could beat it...

Raptor 350 has more power no doubt
quicker and higher top speed
I'm pretty sure the Raptor can be more forgiving on the landing of big jumps than a 250ex can

I can't seem to find the turning radius of a raptor 350 online anywhere but I know my old 250ex could turn real sharp compared to other quads

The raptor is a little wider also so it may feel less tippy than a 250ex


If you aren't worried about reliability, I'd go with Raptor 350 in a heartbeat

Wheelies on my old 250ex were no problem they would get right up and balance fine it was just the overflow poured out and there would be a puddle under my quad when I would put it down.
