Default This Exhaust?

Im really thinking about buying this exhaust, Im on the verge of getting it any minute now. Is it good and worthe the 180 considering I have a stock exhaust with a little hole on the bottom of the silencer?

Heres the link and remember Im tight on budget.

if you sniff around you can get an HMF s/o for 210. thats only an extra 40. I strongly suggest you buck up and buy the best pipe out there. I love mine. Besides, I've seen alot of those DG's for sale for cheap. Something is awry if you can get a decent header alone for 169 dollars, not to mention the pipe.

Wow. Didn't see what your quad was. Nice. I had trouble keeping my 250ex in one peice for a year. Well done.

DG is a poor quality pipe, But for that kind of money it wouldn't be bad.

Yeah, Ive decided to save up and get one by next spring. But I have a question. If I buy the hmf silencer then should I buy a different header or what? I was also think of the yoshimura one for my quad and one of the fmf ones.

Also, are there 2 or 3 parts in a complete exhaust?

2 in most, the supertrapp is a nice pipe for the 250x/300ex as well. its a full system for around 220 i believe. friend of mine has one and it had very nice power upgrades along with jets and a filter. yosh isnt bad either i imagine. white brothers e-series s/o is a good one too.

Ok, I looked in bikebandit.com and I found the megamax and the powercore 4. These both include headers, the powercore 4 has the S/S Power Bomb header. They are both 225 and 270.

I like the powercore 4 more because you can change the tuning to your likings, Does anyone have experience with it and know how it performs and sounds.

Thanks,
Mike

That would be cool, but they dont make it for my quad. Which would you prefer fmf megamax or fmf power core 4? Those are my top 2 choices.
