Tire sizes for 300 Foreman???
#1
I need some help. I got my bro-in-laws name for Christmas, and I want to get him a set of tires for his '89 300 Foreman he uses on his farm. It has 23.5x8-11 on the front, and 24x9-11 on the rear. Can you go up any on the heighth on these without robbing power? Can anyone tell me a good, 4ply (or better), all=around tire that works good on the Honda...and still be relatively cheap?
Thanks

I just put titan 489s on my 450es and they work really well.Alot better than the stock dunlops.I would stay with the stock tire size, because if he works on a farm with it like I do,he would not want to loose any of his low end power.

Do you mean the 300 Fourtrax?
I like the stock tires an have no problems with them. A friend has titan 489s and they work good. they give you more groung clearance and more traction in mud, but they fill up with leaves when thay are muddy.
