Default hrc kit, or pipe???

alright, I think when I call all the dealrers within oregon/idaho/washington/etc Ill have the quote include the HRC kit installed. what do you think a good price OTD would be minus sales tax on an 06 w/HRC installed? is 7k cutting it too low or could I even possibly find lower? cuz I know MSRP is 6650, 7k with HRC so I would be getting free freight/setup/HRC kit install.

Default hrc kit, or pipe???

I have an '06 450R. I have the HRC kit, with a HMF Carbon Fiber pipe with stock filter. I just put the pipe on last week. It's in the shop getting a K&N put on it. I'm also having them jet and dyno it this week (heading to Glamis next Friday). I just should have the dyno results by Wednesday. It was fast with the HRC kit. I haven't goosed it to the max with the pipe on yet. I can't wait to get it back after it's professionally tuned and put on the dyno.

I bought the 2nd or 3rd 450R from Western Honda in Scottsdale in October 2005. I paid $6700 OTD. I paid $299 for the HRC kit and $150 to install it. The 2005 HRC was $299. The 2006 is $389. I got the first HRC the dealer received and paid $299 for it. I negotiated the price for the kit and the install of $150 when I bought my bike. So for $7150 OTD, I got my R with the kit installed.

That's awesome. I paid $330 for the 4 yr warranty on top of my $7150.

Should have my bike back from shop tomorrow where it's getting jetted and put on the dyno. We're heading to Glamis Thursday night. Can't wait!!

My buddies paid $7900 OTD for the YFZ's stock with no extras. Then they each put $1k into them. I like beating them up Oldsmobile and I outweigh one by 60 lbs and the other by 80 lbs. Hail to the R!
