Fuel Consumption

Depends on how its ridden. It can vary alot. How much idleing, how much is spent in low range, sand or mud or snow really drops it, and oversize or aggressive tires drop it too.
Ive had down to about 12 mpg in the winter, on a 450 honda, and itll get over twice that in the summer, (if theres not alot of 1st and 2nd gear driving.) If you go on a difficult trail, and stick to the lower gears, itll be pretty bad.
Id say the foreman may be on the low side of average, because of the gearing, wide tires and weight. My kodiak with the auto cvt tranny, gets much better milage, and i know the polaris sportsman is worse.
