I have an 05 Foreman 500 and was wondering if anyone knows of a tutorial that's available for jetting it? I've tried a few searches but can't seem to find anything good. Anyone know of something useful? Thanks for the help!

 

Aaen's Carb Tuning Handbook. Read it about 5 times many years ago. Don't remember if it has CV carbs, but it has all the basics that you will be able to apply to any carb.

You aren't going to get much more power out of that 500 by jetting, but you can make it start easier, run smoother, and have better throttle response.
