will the trail tech lighting kit fit on 7/8" renthal bars or do i have to buy the kit for the big bars? thanks

 

I just brought the 7/8" trouch lights from trail tech. They work for any 7/8" bar, they work for my 7/8"renthals. One thing is to expect to lose your stock lights, unless you get the HID lights. The stator can't power that much and will drain your battery. I'm currently looking for a solution.

 

I'm going with the fat bar set-up with the HIDs as soon as I get around to placeing the order. I like alot of light.
I plan to remove the high beam wire from the plug and use it to power the HIDs that way you can have the accessory lights on the high beam position position and the stock lights on the low beam. I did it on the KFX400 and it worked great.
I havn't checked the R yet to see weather both high and low beams come on with high beams yet, that would cause a problem if they did. Hmmm.... may have to get into the light switch and break that connection if it does.

Did you get the 50 watt or the 35 watt torch lights?
