rubicon vs 450 in hill climbing
#3
I have not seen this hill climbing between the Ruby and the 450 and this is only speculation based on what I have seen from the big bores climbing in the past,I doubt there would be any differance.
I know when you are climbing with the lower CC[King Quads ect] 4X4 quads, they dont have the wheel speed to conquer the larger, steeper hills like the big bores can.I've seen that much first hand,

I have hillclimbed my 450 numerous times in gravel pits and up mountains and can honestly say that you will run out of traction before you run out of power. As far as a comparison with the Rubicon.... we don't have any up here in Canada yet to compare the 450 to.

The hills we have you do run out of power, and with the extra power you make it up and the 450,it kills the rancher, here is a example we were in our pits tonight and there was one hill with hardly any run to it and the rancher makes it about 8 feet from the top and digs holes and when do it with the 450 i am still doing 30km when i whealie over the top so i would imagine the ruby will do the same to the 450 because it is a auto with more power and better traction.I will let you'se know hopefully next week when i get the demo for a few days!By the way where we ride we have hundreds of hills to climb and over a thousand of kilometers to drive around it atv paradise!
