TRX 300

Default TRX 300

i have a polaris trailboss that keeps on braking down because the way i ride it. im thinking bout gettin a 06 300 ex because one of my friends has one and i heard that they r pretty sturdy frame wise. this is my first time getting a honda and im just askin if anyone has any suggestions if this is a good choice or i should get a different model. thanx for any suggestions

Yes the 300ex is a good reliable machine, i jump and tear around on it all the time and i also run it pretty hard and nothign has broke on it yet i say go for it

Sell it privatly you will get more money.I would also look at a 400EX a better all around quad for not that much more.

Either EX will be bullit proof with basic maintnance. I normally ride 400's and/or big bores and I still think the 300ex is one of the funnest trail quads of all time! If you have a desent amount of experience I might recommend the 400ex instead of the 300ex, but either way you will have a great machine.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

this is my first time ever OWNING one but i have ridden a 250 ex thats been jetted and everything, it was pretty koo and thats y im lookin by the 300. im thinkin bout putting a jet kit in that too, i think k&n has that. if theres a better one please note

I wouldn't worry about jetting it until you pipe it. It is best to just put on a pipe, air filter, and re-jet it at the same time.

thanx, im gettin the 300 wit a fmf pipe already on it. thats y im jettin it and all that once i get it.
