You didn't miss nothing. My brother-in-law lost the cartilege in his right knee from a Blaster gone bad and it's no freakin' joke. This guy who was laughin' probably rides with no helmet and drinks then hops on his machine and goes for little ride.
This is the kinda guy that gives us ATV'ers a bad freakin' name. Next time we see him he'll be on CNN or NBC saying the ATV was at fault and that's why he's paralyzed.
Enough of that crap, I use Fox knee pads they have protected my knees plenty of times. I recommend them.

Hey, lighten up. Just trying to have a little fun here.
Nope, I'm not a jerk with no helmet. I've been off-roading longer than just about anybody else here (I started in the '50's). I've had some crashes and walked from them all so far as I do wear the proper protection and always have.
Me, give us a bad name? Hardly. I've never blamed anyone but myself for an accident. I also have insurance to cover myself and my wife. The only time I drink around my quad is when it's chained up for the night.
Besides, the knees I've seen wrecked wouldn't have been helped by knee pads.

Oh yeah. I wear AXO.

Dog,
I also agree, lighten up.You cant take a little bit of goofy laughter when its all said in fun?Nobody wants to this guy to hurt himself,we are on his side, but, well, you know? The chance for a little innocent laughter was there and we could'nt refuse,

I understand that a person named Monica Lewinski has a pair of slightly used ones, worn only a few times at the White House. They come with a good luck charm which will bring the wearer fame & fortune.
