Changed the plug and rejetted to a 155 with a colder than yesterday temperature...I also readjusted my airscrew to factory settings (1 1/4 turn that what it was)
Quad run a lot better, only cut a little bit, a lot less than yesterday...The quad is now ready to drive as is but not perfectly tuned. I think it will runs perfect with a 152
Strange thing is that a 155 is factory jetting but I have a pipe + Filter. 155 at factory jetting means 20:1 mixing though so that's probably why I'm still rich with a pipe since I mix 40:1
Any inputs still welcome though

This may sound silly, but check your entire intake system for leaks if you are still stumped. I had a small slice in the boot that connected my reeds to the carb and I disassembled and cleaned my carb twice before I saw it. Sometimes the simplest solutions are the right ones.

I have one lol but I saw it and putted some tape on... How did you repair it ?
By the way, it's probably not only jetting since the bogging is variable
My plug with the 155 is now chocolate brown/black so maybe going own another 5 is gonna be alright

Thanks for the advice, I will try it
As for your problem, since you're bogging from 1/4 to 3/4, shouldn't you be playing with your needle jet instead of your pilot?

You could spray carb cleaner around your intake area and base gasket to see if it is leaking, do this while it is running and you will hear the motor change if it leaking.

Any others fluids that could be useful? Engine Starting Fluid ?
Thanks a lot again ...

Another thought is that your pilot is too rch. I had that same problem. It would load up when idling and not riding hard, and then when i rode hard it would bog and sputter like crazy. It's just another idea.
