I reread the whole thread and I still have some questions who didn't get any answers...Help would be appreciated...
1- When I do a plug test, half the plug is brown chocolate (Good jetting), and the other half is black (too rich)...What does this means...
2- I'm currently running a 155 Main Jet with a pipe, filter and open airbox but It still bogs on top end... Stock is 155, can I go under that (Sounds strange since stock is 155 and I'm not completely stock)...I don't want to fry the engine...
3-While I Ride, If I pulled the clutch lever, the engine rev high, then Sloooooowly come back to idle... I though it was an air leak and I sprayed some carb cleaner everywhere (Intake boot, head gasket, bottom end gasket) and nothing happened so I suppose it's not that. I checked the plug too and it looked nice.
Thanks in Advance

the porcile/ceramic is brown thats good, the out side of the plug wet it is rich on the bottom. The plug test need to be after it is warmed up and pinned in top gear then shut down cost to a stop then checked. race fuels like to give bad plug readings because of the lead in the fuel. if this doesnt help call me you can get my number from gassrx.com in the contact area

drop one at a time on your main all bike are different plus elevation isnt the same the air screw is it ajusted correct ly, the needle it self has a taper and the taper control the jetting to. the main only controls wide open the needle and the slid control another circuit
