Default 250 Head gasket

Can any one tell me what is better I heard that an 89 cr 250 gasket is thinner and will give more comp. I also know that if you take the stock head gasket apart and use the thinner one that works too!!

But what is better??

Thanks

go with the 89 cr type i was told that would raise the comp between 5-12 lbs,,
spliting the gaskets the way u said , works but its a waste

I swapped my stock gasket in favor of the CR gasket in the hopes of more compression/power but I honestly didn't notice any difference at all.

yeah ...what they said. trx=3piece, can take apart, atc=thinner than trx (all 3 pieces),cr250 very thin, best choice. my bike went from 180 to 195 going from trx to cr gasket. can be tricky to seal, had problems last time with gasket though.maybe i did have the hole facing wrong way DE DE DE!!!
