Does anyone use the PERFEX system on a foreman 400?
I have a 96 Foreman 400 and I am looking at this system vs a lift kit.
I need more ground clearance.
Any sugestions would be great.

GP42,

The Perfex kit won't give you additional ground clearance. The only way to get additional ground clearance is to put on bigger tires. I have an 03 Foreman 450 with the Perfex kit and it really improved my ride. The bike handles better and rides softer. As others have said, it is the best upgrade I have done, well worth the money.

I also put on new tires. I went with 27" Kenda Bearclaws. We went on our annual spring mudrun last weekend and my bike was awesome. I was thinking about getting a bigger bike, but with the Perfex kit and the new tires, I am totally happy with this bike now. If I ever buy another bike, I will upgrade to larger more aggressive tires before it leaves the dealer.

I have a set of 25" Mud Lites on it now. It is one inch taller than stock I did not want to lose too much power.
Do you get any lift out of the pefex?

 

I own a Foreman 450 es 2003 model with 26 mudlites and im looking at suspension lifts and am especially interested in this perfex lift. does the company have a website? what kind of prices am i looking at?
