Default 2002 400ex exhaust question

So i was bored outa my mind 2day and decided to grind out the baffle out of the end piece on my 400ex stock muffler.....now the machine has a k&n filter ( i know i know i'm goin to get a uni) and had a jet kit on it when i bought it....the guy had it jetted a lil rich so i'm assuming taking the baffle out isnt going to hurt anything at all....i rode it breifly after i did it and it sounds better (not the best) then when the baffle was in and i do notice a lil more ***** to it....is there nething i should be worried about other then checkin my plug to make sure i didnt lean it out too much?

No, there shouldnt be anything else really to worry about, i did the same thing on mine, and i could also tell it had more *****, but it also took a little away from the low end, so i picked up a DMC Afterburner slip-on pipe ($300) to give it the power increase w/ out taking away my low end torque which i need for my x-treme hill climbing. I am also pickin up a UNI filter for mine as well, i hear they protect much better then the K&N's.
