I ride in hard trails that vary from mountains to dirt trails to rail roads ect. And i want a new fast hard hitting quad that can handle my punishment. I rebuild my polaris like 3 times a season to have a idea. And so far, every 450r quad has had a perk....the yfz450 has no reverse and needs oil change every 8 hrs. The LT450R is primarly ment for track and not trail. everything but the z400 has perks. So I WANT TO KNOW what the perks on the TRX450 and the 400ex. It falls down too, z400 has good price and same as 400ex but id pick the z400 over 400ex. But i want to narrow it down to trx450 so.. whats good and bad about 450

 

we own a 400 and a 450...both great quads...id go with the 400 ...for one it wont beat u to death while riding trials like the 450 and it has reverse...another thing is the 400 isnt far behind the 450 n a race only about 5 or 6 mph..believe me ive raced a 450 and i wasnt far behind....if i was u go with the 450...just my 2 cents
