i need some guidance please. I thought id start my 400 this morning since its been sitting for around 4 weeks now. Well i know they are typically cold blooded but the son of a gun wouldnt fire. I put a brand new plug in and checked the spark...(plenty of spark). then i drained all the old fuel out of the carb and tried again. Its kind of cold here right now (around 30, to 35 degrees), but my garage is like around 40 to 45 degrees. I gave up because i didnt want to run down my battery or ruin my starter. I was thinking of trying to bump start it to see if that would work. Any tips?? thanks gang.

i've had the same problems it wouldn't start unless i put a new plug in and them sometimes it wouldn't start, so i put it beside a woodstove for about 1/2 hrs. if you don't have that maybe a gas heater. or warm it up somehow
