Default Rubicon radiator

I just got a 04 Rubicon and lifted it with 27 itp and took it out for the first time i had a problem with the radiator filling up with mud and overheating. I was told to relocate it to the front rack but i dont want to loose my rack space if any one has an ideal it would be helpful.

maybe build a shroud between it and your tire to try and keep mud off. some sheet metel should do the trick.

a friend of mine had the same problem with his rubicon when he put big tires on, all's we did was remove the small screen right in front of the rad. It made it alot easier to completely clean the rad! the small hole's do not let water threw to clean it properly. we did this about 3yrs ago and have not had any problems since
