Default Moose Sprocket for 400ex

I want to put a 14 tooth front sprocket on my 400ex for a different kind of riding that I'll be doing. I also want to get a 16 tooth front sprocket for other riding conditions so that the top end of all my gears will be increased. I'm wondering what the best brand would be. I found some Moose sprockets on Denis Kirk but I have no idea if they are a good brand.

Also, is it easy to change the front sprocket? It looks fairly simple but I've never done this before...

Thanks guys,

Loosen the chain, remove the 2 bolts in the sprocket, twist the little keeper, and remove the sprocket. Do that stuff backwards, and it will be back together.

I have never used a Moose sprocket, but all in all, the steel front sprockets are the same. Buy the cheaper one.
