Default white bros pipe ?

alright before i was planning on getting a full system, but as happens to some people, ive realized that i dont have alot of money being 15. ive decided to go with a white bros slip on, either the e series, or the new mx4. my step grampa can get me the mx 4 for about 230 shipped and i can get a e series on ebay for 235 shipped so 5 bucks aint a big deal. but i was wondering which made better power and whats louder between the e series and the mx 4. another pipe ive looked at for a slip on was the powercore 4 by fmf so which makes the most power out of the mx 4 , e series, and powercore 4 and how loud are they thanks alot for any info its really appreciated

After owning an e-series, I'll never buy another WB product.

I've got the white brother e-series and just love it. The sound is great the quailty in the exhaust seems to be just fine. I'd buy one again! Anything is better than stock.

Heard from at least a half dozen peopl on this forum that have had the same problem as me. The e-series tends to crack where the pipe meets the silencer.

Rapatorlegs, thanks for the heads up. I keep an eye out for that. I just put a DMC slip on on my 450R and just love it. Plenty of power and the sounds is awesome without upseting the neighboors. But if I get on it the wife says it rattels the windows in the house. I just tell'em it was a low flying jet!

Keep an eye on it. I put some epoxy on mine after it cracked and that held for about a year, but it's starting to crack again. Time to swap pipes, I think.
