The rear parking brake has two adjustments. The left hand lever cable is adjusted by loosening the round knurled lock nut and then turning out the adjuster. The rear adjuster is adjusted by loosening the hex lock nut and turning in the adjuster bolt. The rear brake foot pedal height is adjusted by loosening the lock nut below master cylinder and turning adj bolt. If all this does not give you plenty of brake then you may have air in system and need a flush/bleed.
