atv decision help

Hey man, where do you live? If you live around Ft.Worth, Texas... you can buy My lakota off of me. You shift through 5 gears, but you have no clutch, Just like the Honda 250ex. Except A lakota is 300cc. Very nice quad, check my pics out. Private message me if you are interested. PeacE

I would recommend the 250ex. I just got one for my 15 yr old daughter and I am impresssed with it. I narrowed my choice to a 250ex or a blaster and chose the 250ex because of the sport clutch, easy to use reverse and shaft drive instead of chain. It took my daughter about an hour to start to get the hang of shifting with the sport clutch. I think the sport clutch is one of best ideas for a quad that I have seen in a while. The 250ex looks great too.

Yeah, the reverse on the lakota is very simple too, just go to neutral, turn the *** on the handlebars, and shift down. There is not a rev limiter like the 250ex, though. And the stock shocks on a 250ex are weak... The stock lakota ones aren't as weak, but they still are. That is why I bought the works shocks for the front. Go here, and it shows that Lakota's are stuntable.
P.S. I drag my friend all the time on my lakota, and win by alot. About 6 quad lengths. Now... his doesn't have exhaust on it, but... exhaust won't help for 6 quad lengths.
