Here I sit at work and I get a breaking news story from my local newspaper. I hope I know these kids so I can beat some sense into them!!! This is all we need is another news story making us look bad.

All states should make ATV safety courses Mandatory. Probably wouldn't help. just my .02¢

More harsh punishment would work.... for the child and the parent.... Fine the parent and make the kid do community service.

 

i think JLsparky7 has the right thinking and also the fact that they lost one of their friends also teaches them a lesson and your can be pretty sure that those few kids wont do that again unless they are incredibly dumb and have no feelings. also i think they should just bring the kids parenst to a school and make all the students get all sappy from the story and then shove the point ionto em

 

I disagree. The parents may have done nothing wrong. Community service for the kids would be good though.
