Well man my friends stock geared 400ex is lucky to hit 70mph with him on it...hes about 165 pounds. He modded it to a 440 and it never topped out anymore because his gearing is the same. Whats the stock gearing a 14 tooth? and you went up one? or is it a 16 tooth and you went down one if you went up a tooth that would add about 5 mph to your top speed. 70mph is around 110kmh

 

My 2000 stock geared 400ex topped out at 64 mph. That's with a 15t front sprocket and 38 rear. I weigh about 135.
