I have 2000 recon and never had a lick of trouble still runs good today and it has kenda bear claw rear tires go thru almost any thing the big boys can fun little bike would'nt trade it for nothing.

 

I've got a 2000 recon I just recently bought. Paid $880 for it and it runs well. Fine tuning a few things but am very pleased.

 

I HAVE 2 2003 RECONS AND AN OLD CHAIN DRIVE FOUR TRAXX.
ALSO A RANCHER...BUT RECONS TURN BETTER, AND I CAN GET THEM THROUGH PLACES THE RANCHER WON'T

 

i have a 04 recon.i like it sept i need to clean the carb and ajust it right now so it will run right.im getting a snorkel in a couple weeks when i finish wiring my winch(viper max 2000lb) and getting itp mudlites.my friend races quads and he says he has a lowering kit and i said i wanted a lift but he said flip it upside down and it will b a lift. will that work?if it does im gonna have a lift.im quite pleased with it.im 14 soon so i havent gotten it off my lawn yet because i bought it in the winter and havent had it registered and i cant get it insured yet because my dad says i need it insured but my other friend has a honda rincon 680 and it going to better than mine but in the places hes taken it iv taken an 00' recon when my old step dad had 1!they are really good machines.i figure if u wanna go mudding and get covered in mud its a light machine and easy to get out when its stuck.if your going to go mudding and get covered in mud dont complain you will get covered in mud if u have to get off to push it but rarely does it get stuck
